If you're buying top-notch and paying accordingly, then it probably makes sense.I don't see anything wrong in your approach.

If you find a top notch agent, you won't need any other sources.

You're never going to get top notch training and education for free, and companies have to make money so why would they give you access to all of their resources without you paying anything?

I suggest taking the opposite approach - find one top-notch investor-friendly buyer's agent who understands your market and your needs, and will help you meet your goals, and that is all you'll need (until you expand into other markets, or into other areas of real estate, such as commercial).

It is just something that takes patience.I recommend reading as much information as you can on BP...there are many excellent, top notch investors on here who offer great advice on here...much better than I.
