I had my email hacked a few ago and it mailed stuff to everyone including BPers, telling them I had a sick relative in Greece and needed money!

So I'm trying to change it up for the neighbours as well.The question of how nice to make it has to deal with:a) its for students (most likely)b) its in a neighbourhood where there are a lot of rentals, but not many nice ones. 

The neighbours on both sides have recently subdivided and sold off almost all their lots.

Should I look in the neighbouring town for comps?

The market has been able to thus far digest worries over Greece, Portugal, Ireland, and even Spain, but Italy is a different story.

You would be surprised how many people get great shocks when they move in that they did not know about the evening noises from neighbours, or birds, or traffic or...A couple of miles away from where I live there are some really nice houses right alongside a row of trees that nest hundreds of small parrots.

I had a real estate agent try to do that to me in Greece once.

Historically in classical Greece, only slaves and criminals were tattooed.

As I stood there running over the remaining todo list in my head {over and over}, one of the neighbours walked up.

There is a university in a neighbouring town and I have thought about student rentals.
