It is easy to quote percentages and claim whatever narrative you want. 

You cannot control the narrative when you ask the seller. 

Not sure what others think about your posts, but now I know you have nothing but your superficial false narrative.

My current narrative is "my wife and I are moving to Tucson where I plan to drive for Uber, take some real estate courses, and enjoy the outstanding Native American traditional and contemporary art scenes in Arizona and just see what happens."

I get agitated when someone starts misspelling ANYTHING in the narrative, no matter how casual the interaction.
