If they are your true friends how come they didn't tell you the actual lender name who does the 5%?

If you're doing a 1031 exchange you'll have to close in the same name that the property you are exchanging was in. 

My lender suggested moving a multi-family from my personal name to an LLC immediately post-closing via quit claim deed.

In return he will place the down payment, closing costs and IO payments during the HML.If the property is initially purchased by one LLC (Ours) and there is an active loan on the property, is it possible to register half of the property under the name of the investor's LLC as part of our model?

I have been working with the title company who wants me to changes this to purchase the property and put my name as the manager. 

I prefer AZ myself personally (lived in Prescott 4 years and Tucson for one and loved both places), but for many people NYC can’t be beat especially if they’re trying to make a name for themselves in careers in finance, art, theatre, music etc. it’s practically a requirement to live there for certain careers.  

For STR's, is it necessary to get brand name hand soap, shampoos, and toilet paper?
