I can play musical chairs with 20 or 30K but not 100K. 

Your job, Mr Phelps, (should you choose to accept it) is to get her to open her eyes and face the music (which may be the theme song from Mission Impossible.)Here's what I expect her price to be based on.

In LA, there are an enormous amount of restaurants to try, of neighborhoods to visit, entertainment options for young and old, great national parks to drive to, other very cool and different cities that can be visited very easily (San Diego, Vegas, San Francisco), and if music is important to you, LA gets all the major tours.  

Nothing against "flippers", but that's pure speculation for the average "Joe" to think they'll buy at one price and make $20k or so on a quick sale, alls fine and dandy till the music stops playing and your stuck with that "investment" sucking your bank account dry with holding costs.

Those betting on appreciation may be left with out a seat in the game of musical chairs.

I am adjoined to someone who has been told 3 different times to keep his music down... and yet it only seems to antagonize him to play it louder and often, interfering with sleep as well.

I'm currently a music producer but I've been hustling on the real estate end in between gigs here on BP for sure!
