You are correct Stephen, that is why I said there is a process involved with it with the end goal of termination letter.

Hi Niece, I'd suggest you get involved with other like minded folks at your local real estate group.

I like the idea of being involved with and affecting the world. 

I've been learning about real estate investing and am ready to take action on my first out-of-state property using the BRRRR method (with plans for short-term rentals).

I’d prefer less outsourcing on behalf of the banks and fewer web portals/ apps/ servicing companies because in my experience the more entities involved the more glitches, so adding a VA and another layer of software to the mix doesn’t sound inviting.

We've never actually had a tenant use it after reading the addendum (which was our goal), and I think it helps prevent problems when they understand the myriad issues involved in its use.  

Look for any cases that involve a rental company or have the words “eviction” in them.

There are a high number of CPA firms that do not want to get involved outside of the FYI to their clients, and some state boards are saying that a CPA advising related to this registration is an "unlicensed practice of law" given it is not under Title 26 - income taxes - the only place where CPAs and EAs are specifically authorized to interpret law. 

For example when someone wants to have financial freedom and spend more time with family, but then sets a goal by creating a heavy active income stream that involves their personal involvement daily.

As you know there is no equity in this method, BUT it gives you money to go purchase that equity.
