About a month ago a family member of mine let him know that he was going to sell his dad's house.

I took a 3rd loan of $45,000 from a family member on a 36 month non-recorded loan to help with the down payment costs.

I was wondering if there's is any information about this group and what it is they do... and if it's worth paying their membership fees There’s a couple of members on here that are a part of or have been part of lifestyles unlimited.

I'm from Niagara, doesn't seem to be many active members from the Niagara area.

There are 4 to 5 houses on this private drive way which is paved like a street but is not maintained by the city and most if not all of these houses belong to family members in the estate.I have to concerns about buying this property and please fill me in on your thoughts and opinions.  1. 

Lots of MD, DC and VA members in the area. 

I have been a member since 2012 and never regretted a minute of it.
