Looking for recommendations on furniture locations to outfit the house with, possibly a check list to go off of for needed items.

Having turned a many properties over to several of the turnkey outfits in Memphis and watching the progression of these properties, I can say there are some slight differences in their approach.

They are one of the outfits that travels around and does seminars at hotels.  

Between the unforgiving real estate market in Detroit, and an abundance of unscrupulous turnkey rental outfits, you can lose everything you invest.

I'll second what @Kevin Bledsoe posted and throw in Bob Copper's outfit for doing remote 3rd party management.

NO need for HML and they are an up and running company very well capitalized and won't hit you up for up front money.Now Do hard money in Utah claims to do 100% but they charge 2500 up front just to get in the Q with no guarantee of funding but I have heard they will fund ...so their is some risk there.Try these two outfits before you start talking to private folks that may just waste a ton of your time..I would Try Gorilla first off.. and see what they can do with you.. and if you have a SCREAMING deal then it might be OK to risk the 2500....Or put a business plan together and find a TRUE money partner..

Going to get a bunch to outfit the two cabins we close on next week.

 I'm interesting in Infinite Banking and poking around at a few different outfits. 

If you can afford it, costar is what most bigger investors/outfits use.
