Just like wealth, knowledge compounds overtime to something much larger than you ever imagined it could be.

It started with a completely redesigned website, and included monthly tasks such as articles (most of which I wrote and the SEO expert modified - edited, placement of articles and comments etc in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., keyword optimization, and about 20 other things I have little or no familiarity with.

The City has an "Eviction Prevention Task Force" which includes Judges, Attorneys, the Sheriff's department and non-profit groups and churches. 

So it's really easy to delegate tasks to my family members or even perform tasks myself in-person. 

Laminate countertops can hold up pretty well and if damaged, will need to come out of the security deposit - lower cost product, so a larger percent of it gets paid for if damaged. 

They can be a great source for tenants, but the world of people traveling who need furnished rentals is much, much larger than just traveling medical professionals.

The larger the mortgage, the more likely you are to refi.
