Where can I find an engineer to stop my plans for 14 x 24 pavilion I built plenty is for years but now that I want to build on my own they want me to have them stamped

While plenty of lenders will tell you they can do them, find a lender that does lots of them. 

There are some trustworthy turnkey companies but plenty of shysters out there too. 

Many syndications will have special days or events for investors to visit the property to see how things are running, see improvements, ask questions, etc.I invested in a syndication last year and have been invited to several events already, plus they give regular updates on improvements and performance.
