Does the custodian impose reviewing/underwriting process?

Both are a unnecessary cost that do not add to your bottom line.

Needing lease up and screening help is one thing, but to just turn it over seems like unnecessary risk.

You should learn how to spin it that you are the person that deals with the stress and takes the time to get the property sold so that she doesn't have to worry, stress, or spend unnecessary time dealing with it.

The one important thing(maybe most important for certain risk tolerance) to know that there are restrictions the county has imposed on all properties not already zoned Multi-family.

What do you expect to happen...you could sue them to impose a special assessment to fix the pipes?
