That implies a type of deal.And to answer your question, between the relatively high purchase prices, property taxes, and insurance costs, combined with the relatively low rent rates, it is my opinion that pretty much all buy-and-hold investing in South Florida is an appreciation play.

Two weeks isn't long, but quickly dropping the price right away implies the seller miscalculated the original value, as opposed to the price creeping down as it's on the market too long.

That statement would imply that all Turnkey providers are not being truthful up front and they this whole model is a gimmick.
