I imagine all of these units are going to require pretty extensive remodeling.

I couldn’t imagine telling my attorney that my property manager doesn’t feel comfortable sharing notices and material communication to me.

I imagine that is 100% truth.

I had a tenant that was imagining noises from the upstairs tenants and would not put up with normal noise such as walking, doors closing etc at reasonable hours. 

Imagine if you had one single-family home.

Imagine this on a large scale where people depreciate $10Million  the government gives them a 30 year, zero percent $2.5Million loan  pretty sweet eh?

I can't imagine it could be worth the hassle. 

More grass is more maintenance, so imagine if you or your future buyer is looking for higher or lower maintenance.Hope this helps and good luck!

It's something Jerry Norton released recently to the public to pull data.Did some quick data comparisons for fun between 2 other platforms I currently use - PropStream and MLS (I'm licensed in Florida)I specifically searched for a handful of On-Market properties (active/closed transactions) and noticed the following:- You can't search for specific properties on PropWire- PropWire data isn't up to date (30+ day discrepancy) compared to PropStream; neither is up to date compared to MLS (3rd party data providers hardly ever are)- PropWire estimated value vastly different from PropStream value (50k+ difference in most instances)- No property photos (yet)Initial thoughts: It's a brand new tool and can't imagine it was gonna be great out of the gate.
