We are going to get hit with some ice in the morning

I order 500 or so bottles of water with labels promoting whatever business I'm working for at the time, get myself a giant (i do mean giant, 250 quart capacity minimum) ice chest and give them away.

Appreciation is just icing on the cake.

(FYI, this is their first year of tenancy.)We'd LIKE to place the home on the market (vacant, which is easier for agents to show/sell) sooner than August 1st (or so), in order to take advantage of the summer "buzz".My question for you, is how would YOU go about "breaking the ice" to them? 

Perhaps when you get there you can ask the organizers to introduce you to someone in your area to at least break the ice.

It is up to them to meet my timeline.The ice maker isn't working....they can work out the schedule with the appliance repair guy understanding they are responsible for any charges associated with missed appointments.

I'm with the study and research the heck out before jumping inBut when I did....planned for the worst ;) everything good is icing on the cake.Steep learning curve.

. :) Now that I've broken the ice, I plan on asking many questions (once I make sure the question hasn't already been answered in an older post).

@Joe Fairless I grew up playing hockey, have family all over Minnesota, and always wanted to get away from the Texas heat and into a "hockey state"... now I'm glad to be back where its warmer!
