No deal should be that skinny.

IMO, the deal looks way too skinny for me.  

And as someone who used a quad every week for work for 10 years and so has loaded one hundreds of times the lower the ramp angle the safer it is  and if you saw the presentation the ramp slides out of the tail gate and is full width so if you slip sideways your not going to run a wheel off of the skinny ramps we had to use in those days.. .. 

But its pretty cool when she gets a text from a past client " Hey I want to sell come list my home " and boom thats 10 to 20k in her skinny jeans LOL ..

Someone reading that needs to be careful, because if they house hack or buy a skinny/no cash flow deal with the rents in place being already at market rate, they don't have a reasonable expectation of that kind of growth.

No way I'm turning 200 rocks to buy some skinny deal.

But a skinny cabinet like a spice cabinet can be less expensive, but since it barely takes up any space - it ends up costing more per unit of area covered.So, that's why I suggest you get a "typical 10x10 layout" and compare prices for those.
