One of my goals while I am in England is to go out to Mcgregors training gym and get the chance to possibly train with him, also to Scotland to train with Jojo Calderwood.

Bed bugs hitch a ride on baggage, backpacks, on items in gym lockers - lots of public places.

Erik, like most things in life, you will only get out of them what you put in (buy a gym membership but never go and you'll still be out of shape).

Most of the agents I've met make 2 major mistakes:1) They don't realize they're actually in the marketing business.. where real estate is only a product, same way a used car is only a product to a car salesman.Without marketing, you have no (real) business.. whether your product is houses, used cars or gym memberships.2) They spend a LOT of time doing things that don't generate commissions and would be better delegated to an assistant.

So I recently purchased a multifamily home in a great location, near bus lines, freeway on ramp, shopping center 2 mins away with gym, restaurants, gas station, grocery store etc.  5 mins to walmart, theaters, medical clinic, higher end restaurants etc.  

Where i live many carwashes have switched to a system like this. it has two models being practiced  one is like a gym membership where people pay a monthly payment and receive unlimited  carwashes at multiple levels, and many times you get constant walk-ins.

There are condos for sale with similar square footage on the adjacent streets within 0.2-0.3 mile away for double the price and luxury high rises, high end gyms, restaurants, bars, and yoga studios, all within a few minutes walking.

I have listened to some of the podcast while at the gym, and I am impressed with the community, great work!
