Hello fellow Bigger Pockets members. i am wondering what you are perceiving in the coming months and years in the global economy and how it might affect real estate values and investing. 

It has to do with what some banks call your global financial assessment.

Decreased global demand for oil, benchmark interest rate drop, mortgage applications are down for 3+ weeks, freight trucking is way down, gold is up, the stock market is up and down (a lot of emotion there) but I think we are in for a drop, bonds are sliding, quantitative easing will ramp up again.

The property debt services the loan (exception is if you go to the local bank, they will do a global debt service).  

Global economic indicators suggest it's a good time to prepare for a cash position to buy, which again means you're in a great position. 

You will need much higher reserves, much higher down payment, and rather than running your credit to prove credit worthiness the lender will want to know your global cash flow situation.

The fact is that referrals here would be no better than google and would tend to gum up the works so to speak so we would not really be adding value by allowing them.
