I do find most insurance agents very biased and tend to push whole life, as that gives them the biggest commission.

I'm an avid homebrewer so I'm definitely biased here, but beer seems to be a near-universal way to celebrate a finished project.Another thing I'll do when time is of the essence is add a fun clause in my contracts.

It wouldn't be my personal investment choice, but I hate the snow, so I suppose we are all biased to something.Another market I am looking at is Portland, as it has plenty of jobs, a growing economy, a high quality of life, and an increase of 8.5% in property values over the year.

This opinion may be a little biased in that I work as a land use/site Civil Engineer.

It seems like a high fee to owners, but the PM business would be so much easier, profitable and hassle free if there was never a turnover or leasing commission.Steve I agree low/no turnover can be a good thing, but would be concerned that this bias might lead the PM to recommend below market rent increases on renewals.  

@Bryan Sowieja We all have biases but that doesn't mean you should spell them out in the application.
