I just wanted to throw out some constructive criticism to Bigger Pockets as I've been frustrated with the search function ever since I joined. 

They did mess up the slab twice which was frustrating, but they ended up upgrading us to a seamless piece of quartz (a $700 upgrade I believe) for the trouble.

You don't have a solid plan yet but then are frustrated that your friends are slow to move forward.

Now my main frustration comes from the fact that i am currently 37 weeks pregnant and my baby could make her way into the world anytime now.

I know how frustrating it is.

Although this may be the case and it can cause frustration, I'm determined to not let it sway my purchase criteria.

I feel like my agent is starting to get frustrated and tiered of showing me so many properties and writing so many offers.

That can certainly be frustrating, but it's also reality.

Often times my lady and I get frustrated living hear but it has allowed us to build the capital to start investing in real estate.

Your transactions will not be as smooth as they would be with an agent that is doing 5 million a year in sales.That’s my biased opinion, but it comes from frustration of dealing with low volume agents that make life more difficult.
