Podcasts (BP Money if you're trying to improve your financial literacy), Books, and Mentors you find by networking.I'd pick up a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Set for Life by Scott Trench as each has a good framework for financial independence, especially for a newer investor.

At that point, the landlords case is in trouble.Tenants forget to send certified letters with their complaints and so the complaint is thrown out.I remember this from a lecture that I attended from our local judge who does evictions, but the specific legal framework I'd have to ask my wife who isn't around at the moment.
