Even if a title company were to manage the setup making sure all parties are paid, the cheap debt and cash flow would not be enough to be enticing to any investor even if midterm rental could yield a healthy return. 

We onboarded a hoemowner to our property management team in West Palm Beach just over a month ago.

A lot of investors who succeed in EC know the tenant base very well and a lot of them self manage.

You would need a good property manager, he is also a real estate agent.

I'm in Florida and self manage and can't find this type of form in the PRO member landlord forms package.

Meet with financial advisers/wealth managers and see what other options other than real estate there are and how to best allocate / diversify. ie have you maxed out your TFSA?
