As long as the tenant can adequately view the property and talk with you, the landlord, special filming equipment isn’t necessarily required.

My day job is in film production - I've been with Lucasfilm in San Francisco for close to a decade.

In order to do so we need to make a sizzle or short film about what our group is all about.So, we are looking for an investor who would like to invest about $10,000 to $15,000 to help us make this sizzle.

I didn’t mention the 30 years of 3 full time smokers that left a nicotine film even inside of closed closets!  

Someone that operates hotels, produces films, or does some other type of activity has VERY different experience than someone developing residential infill property.  

I'm a big fan of those shows too, but often times when they give the home's "new" value or the list price, they never address if that's the appraised or retail price, if a home actually sold for that price, what market they're in, or what year the show was filmed.

Lots of film and TV production has moved from LA to ATL, so I now have several friends who've moved out there.

@Mike Koprowski, I've had a problem with using darker color grouts where the end product ends up having a whitish film on top that's really hard to remove.

Why they don't promote their videos more is beyond me.You film these yourself?

Sure that show was filmed here, and we have music, but most of the rest is laughable.
