I would make sure you are doing follow up's because a lot of your competition won't.

The expectations are that any reduction in interest rates of even .25% will accelerate buyer and investor activity and competition. 

For me I can't say I think about my competition.

For example, Fountain Square or the Near Eastside will jump to 30 days on market around Halloween, despite the fact Broad Ripple or Fishers will remain ultra-competitive because of their respective higher demand / low inventory.
