@Michael Leung update: went to the door had a No Soliciting Sign on his door and next to it typed up "Whatever it is you're selling I'm F****** NOT INTERESTED"..... knocked anyway, no answer.

I haven't completed any deals as of yet, but I do have a property under contract that I'm going back and forth on as to what to do next: wholesale or F&F?
