That can easily become financial suicide. 

Would you consider looking at MTRs or potentially expanding your portfolio here?

I have done research in the area but have not purchased anything myself as I primarily invest in Detroit, MI and am looking to expand into other markets.

Make sure it is somewhere easily accessible that doesn’t require any tools to turn off.  

@Stuart Udis Your points are all extremely valid but I don't think I did a good job expanding on my point.

Basically I think what you are asking here would be easily provided by a better software solution chose by the PM, and I would question now other business decisions made by the PM.If you are looking for more than just what you indicated here I would eitherr direct you to self manage or hire a limited service PM.
