But that's not my primary so what I do now is make sure I read enough to keep me current on those trends.I think trying to do too much fosters unorganized thoughts and actions and ultimately derails being successful.Just my opinion and I know other people welcome what can be kaos for some because they are able to thrive in it.It just seems that trying to focus on all aspects of this business at once would be exhausting.....

According to HAMP guidelines the lender most exhaust all possibilities and take care of any outstanding issues (ie: hoa dues), usually the lender would of paid those, unless they were planning on just foreclosing anyway.
