I agree, Ohio is not a place I'd ever thought Id live but it seems to be more appealing every day looking at some of the markets.

If the home is kept up by the homeowner and things are replaced on a regular basis, usually it's not an issue when it comes to finding things that need repair. 

This week the FED outshined expectations and instead of a .25 basis point reduction they cut it by .50% which is huge for home buyers!

Blah blah blah.I love the Podcasts (I listen everyday sometimes multiple podcasts everyday and covered a bunch during a recent rehab) but there are a lot of those stories and I'm wondering if this opportunities are simply not in the cards for those of us building a portfolio today.
