Maybe they are, I don't know, ATL might be hell-on-earth, but it strikes me as unlikely.  

I'm not up to speed there, but from a quick search it looks like there have only been two earth quakes over 4.5 in the last year there and they were 4.6.There was a 3.4 earthquake north of Greeley in '13 or '14, and I think all signs pointed to it being caused by a disposal well.

Earth quakes = Fracking taking place = natural gas industry at work = money, jobs, and booming industry. 

According to S2A they are working on a plant at 300 Park Center Drive in Patterson, but when I looked it up on Google earth it came up as an Amazon Warehouse. 

I'd like to do scorched earth on this because I really feel like there was some underhanded stuff that went on here and don't believe that its ethical for homepath to process offers this way.Whats the point?

In this case you're pricing in your risk some attorney will mess with you for years hoping for some outrageous fee award for pursuing you to the ends of the earth to recover the minimal deposit funds and penalty. 

However, I have complained about this to Customer Service (why on earth they designed it this way I don't know) and they said they have several new updates planned to roll out this summer.

I heard an attorney claim that real estate was the most litigated area for liability, I bet that is a stretch tying slip and falls and medical claims to the real estate, Yes, all accidents happen on planet earth, doesn't mean the property owner was negligent.
