@David Thompson I had the same thought on MF and had written and deleted it when I wrote my reply above.Brad, it sounds like you have a nice skill in rehabbing and creating value from it.  

1,000 sq ft home and renos will include deleting wall between kitchen and dinning and vaulting living ceiling, gut and redo of existing kitchen and existing bath and addition of a second bath, new flooring through out, new door and window package.

Up until that time you can add to or delete from your list.

I understand why people do it, but my instinctive reaction to getting a VM dumped in my lap is do delete without listening and block the number.My thinking in every aspect of my business is to treat everybody the same way I'd want to be treated.
