@Gabriela Angel nothing good comes from tenants knowing you are the owner.They just get to pressure you for immediate responses, whereas you typically want time to think and respond.Many here will state otherwise, but won't provide LOGICAL reasons, only emotional ones.

Second, do the math and tally costs both monetary and emotional....is it better to get an attorney and go thru eviction process or give her the incentive to get out.

You can get all in your emotions about how I type to you, or you can learn to read it and respect the message behind it and behave appropriately. 

Not emotional goals like becoming financially independent, or quitting the Rat Race. 

You will have to do a little more research, dig a little deeper and turn a few more stones.

So it’s been a roller coaster of emotions.

In addition, they are looking to make an ROI (all RE investors should be) which often results in the lower value than the emotional purchases of the SFH purchase.
