Their data and skip tracing isn't the best, but as you noted its cheap (you get what you pay for).

Make sure they are open ended objective questions.It's just another data point to add to credit score, background check, income, etc etcI can share the question I ask if you want.

When scouting an area, you 100% need REAL data to inform your decisions.

It takes data and spits it out.

Many companies return data back immediately which means they are just querying a data base, other hand scrub your list in order to provide the best contact information.

Besides having the financing and data in order, take a professional look at you and your partner's relationship.
