@Kimber LockhartIf you want to maximize total returns over time why not use a calculation that lets you take into account CF, appreciation, amortization, and tax savings in one model instead of jerry rigging the ROI metric to do something it was never intended to do?

I got such a huge tax break when I bought them resale price within reason is not an issue.WE have a bunch of stuff we financed in Fondren... my Main Vendors office is in the middles there right on State street just down from Walkers restaurant.Anyway good luck... also go to the RIG meetings there.. nice group if you have not been.I bet you did not think some dude from ORegon would know as much as I know about your area  LOL.... in the day I was the largest HML in the entire state  !!

You can have more confidence in a builder in higher priced homes, the cookie cutter median priced howms are a volume enterprise, more subsinvolved and a dollar saved is a dollar earned, sorta.
