I currently have a single family rental here in Indy (since 2019) and looking to network and learn more on multi-family commercial investing before making the leap. 

Good question to ask each agent, regardless of their current listings: how many properties have you sold in the last six months?

@Brooke Carlton did you speak with the current lender about their willingness to finance some of that gap for a potential buyer? 

I currently have a 4/2 SFH/LTR/Section 8 house under contract and I am getting quotes for property insurance.

This second defeat at the ballot seemingly left WIP with few options, and it was looking like they way overpaid for this land that in it's current legal state could only be used as a golf course or park. 

Next week we will close on some property (with an old house in need of fixing or tear down tbd) in Buncombe Co currently with unrestricted zoning.

Current Construction Co. and Resolute RDM have acquired this development project in Lebanon, MO.
