I will offer him 40k for the house, and I am confident I can work this out.I can work out not paying an option fee and maybe get away with out paying a deposit.I want to rent the home out to someone who is willing to buy the home. and pay me the option fee of idk maybe $1,500 (money in my pocket already)I would let the current owner know that I plan to rent the home to someone else and I am sure he will be ok with it as long as i pay him his $400 every month.
