Unfortunately, I was not and we are OK, but if we are to be REAL Business People in Real Estate, we can't be ruled by compassion. 

Probably with compassion, and I wouldn't use words like "target".   

It was gone, all of it, lost without a fight, without mercy or compassion, long hard years of work only to lose it by a little letterstating 90 days to vacate. 17 years of memories now becoming someone elses dreams.

I know some here believe business only, but they are humans afterall and a little compassion can go a long way in somebody's life who is struggling.

Its a touchy subject for sure - I would probably error on the side of compassion.

We just enrolled by 3 year old at World Compass Academy (we chose the Spanish Immersion Program, but they also have Chinese-Mandarin and French).

Sorry but compassion is not in my job description. 

The beauty in this deal was 1) I was truly able to assist this homeowner with the finances he needed with genuine compassion and concern for his wellbeing and 2) the investor has acquired a property with great profit potential after rehab.That my friends is why I love wholesaling, checkmate!!! 

Principals to always keep in mind.1) No good deed ever goes unpunished2) Nice guys finish last.3) Compassion/emotions have no place in business.Be professional, provide safe secure housing and special considerations will never be required.
