The first misconception is that you can declare a property headed onto the market only S8 eligible, refusing to consider traditional applicants.

I’ve seen developers in Phoenix transform underused lots into thriving micro-communitie.

I own a 30-unit community and found it much easier and more cost effective than the 1-4 family and flips that I was doing before that acquisition.

Would love to hear the community’s thoughts—especially from experienced landlords, property investors, or those who’ve explored fractional real estate investing before!

On the other hand, tenants tend to cause damages when moving these appliances in/out, so having them in place may be safer.I recommend you look at what others are doing in your community and price point.

I lived in LA for a decade and we have many friends, family, clients and community members suffering and send our sincerest condolences to all of those experiencing and affected this tragedy.
