The issue is getting the data scraped that shows what each listing has, then combining those amenities into like amenities (e.g.

In order for me to be able to move in I would have to combine two units to be able fit my family.

I'm not at the billionaire status yet, but maybe if you combine me & all the investors I've assisted with co-living investments...we'd get closer. haha!

As a newcomer I can say this format is great don't know how it was before but this is very intuintive and modern

Electric and plumbing was modernized but there are still some galvanized pipes that have issues.

I think I will replace the counter sink with a vanity with sink, get rid of the medicine cabinet/mirror, with a more modern mirror, get rid of the shower pan, and replace it with something else (suggestions?)
