Project in motion....

@Antonio Chasten I'm in for a coffee meet up, however I'm not into colored water and only like real coffee J/K.. any place is good for me, just need the time and place and I will be there!

Basically, I'm looking to get a software program where you could input pics and then play around with colors, spaces, walls, etc.

When we sign the lease I give the tenant 12 (or how ever many months the lease term is) preprinted colored envelopes with my company name and mailing address on them.

At one time, it was the prevalent trend for people to style their houses according to a certain template with one certain color palette and similar furnishings and accessories.

The appliances are missing, I'd want to repaint it to more neutral colors, and fix up that bathroom.

I think this has put me in motion to make a great decision.

As a builder my opinion is somewhat slanted, but here goes; you select the floor plan, colors and features that you have on you're wish list; the house has a warranty and you are usually selecting the homesite you wish the home to be constructed on; in a sub-division you still have a selection.

I passed the exam with flying colors and believe that the training I received and the practice exams were a big factor in my passing the exams.

(just made that up for illustration) and you always put that on every piece, in the same font, in the same color, and you also snag IBuyontheFly.com so you can tie things together.It could be a visual image, like your pieces always have a pic of an eagle on them or whatever.
