The land itself will probably retain more value than the mobile home.Depending on your state, title to your mobile home will generally be a certificate issued by your department of motor vehicles.

They are much more likely to take bad advice and possibly get themselves into a bad situation.This is a discussion that has troubled me for some time now.Perhaps agents should have some sort of investing certification before they can deal with people looking to landlord, flip, lease option, etc. . .
