Is anyone in an area without an eviction ban?

Hi I've been banned from messaging.

. :-)  My boyfriend is laughing at me, because I have managed to get banned in under 15 minutes. :-) Wonder if I am the leader in this field?  

You can't really police the outside part of it but I had a tenant set the fence on fire in July in Texas so I always ban it.

I haven't seen any local ord banning or restricting medium term rentals.

To me that seems risky as we have seen airbnb prices fluxuate over the past year with ours, covid shutting down a lot of airbnbs in 2020, and different cities such as dallas banning airbnb.

I then created a model for him ( transactional funding) so that he could come into title on everything he was marketing and things were fine.. he then left our fold and went right back to his bad ways.. gets caught again this time he is arrested and thrown in jail on a Friday in Jackson MS not a place you want to spend a weekend in Jail... and was then banned from the industry for life.I have another vendor I fund here in Oregon .. he simply put a for sale sign in the yard of a home he did not own.. someone turns him in to the state.. 5k in legal fees  cease and desist and 5k fine later ..

Best to speak with an attorney for your area but, from my experience in California and Oregon it would be an official eviction.Depending on the state, the COVID eviction bans might only be for non payment of rent reasons.

It's a pretty messed up system and there's actually a bill that is currently trying to be passed that would ban the school from filing against property owners and/or making deals on the side.

- Highlands recently banned STR rentals, effective in Jan '22, but only for properties in R1 zoning.
