@David Pere Great summary of the benefits we're able to utilize as military investors.This isn't one of the 'traditional' benefits we consider as military real estate investors, but the military discounts we're eligible for with various stores, suppliers, and contractors are a definite benefit.

There was a time not long ago when all the tanks came out of 2 or 3 factories ( so I’m told) and different companies would just throw their label on them and market it.If you are hiring someone to change it, you could simplify matters by letting them pick up the tank from their supplier of choice.

Again, we use local suppliers now, often with no real showroom, but those came from other flippers in our network.
