@David Pere Great summary of the benefits we're able to utilize as military investors.This isn't one of the 'traditional' benefits we consider as military real estate investors, but the military discounts we're eligible for with various stores, suppliers, and contractors are a definite benefit. 

There was a time not long ago when all the tanks came out of 2 or 3 factories  ( so I’m told) and different companies would just throw their label on them and market it.If you are hiring someone to change it, you could simplify matters by letting them pick up the tank from their supplier of choice.  

I spoke with the equipment/chemicals supplier and they said there is no way to tell how much rehab I'm looking at until I turn on and run the bays.  1.

I include the name of the supplier and their hourly rate or base service charge.  

@Alvaro Rodriguez two possible options .. 1) reach out to your metal building manufacturer/supplier and they will draw one for your as part of the estimate or 2) hire an architect to design for you ..

Yes, your job at the retail shopping center may have you laid off, but there is nothing stopping you from applying at the UPS, Amazon, Door Dash, Uber Eats, cyber security, medical suppliers, protective equipment, or any essential workers positions.

@Liam Hanlon whether your looking to replace your cabinets for this project or in the future I would recommend finding local cabinet suppliers and setting up an account with them.

Again, we use local suppliers now, often with no real showroom, but those came from other flippers in our network.  

I will say to his credit that a few delays were due to supplier backlog and the pandemic.
