If there is little equity, then it's not terribly tempting for most attorneys to want to bother with... they'd probably tell their client that there is not much of any asset to "go after."

I have my Real estate license and one idea is to set a showing schedule to show the premises while not bothering the occupants. 

The person that left it might have not wanted to bother with hauling it. 

I doubt that I'd bother sending it to him.

It didn't bother us as we have an electrician in the family and planned on rewiring the entire house anyway (I think current outlet codes are insane, but that said, this house is really on the low side and I've only lived in vintage houses)@Ron S.

I had never dealt with a bank and never really bother overly much with inspections, well crash courses were about to start.So I knew I had about 200k in equity in my SFR @ 80% value.

It is located in the area considered of several parallel streets with the duplexes with the same layout as ours.We never bothered to check it's zoning status.

Only being 38 units doesn’t really bother me if you live somewhat near the facility, but the sizes of the units bothers me.
