The way that page is set up is probably just something that your FIL isn't used to seeing.With that said, I would change your bold text on the first What We Do page to make it more direct.

The language in bold in your post is fairly common in leases.

These aren't nice people and have boldly refused to leave for 6 weeks even though they haven't paid a mortgage payment in almost 3 YEARS!!!
