Why even record the details - use a program that does the integration for you or if you receive checks use a program that when you scan the checks it automatically enters the payment for you in QuickBooks in tenants name.

The fax to PDF solution I mentioned might be good if the papers are distributed, but if they are all in one place and need to be scanned in bulk, then other high speed scanners might be a better bet.

If you are reputable, you have access to your bank statement electronically... it is no big deal to export or "print & scan" a statement that fulfills the requirement.
