Towns/cities hate them because there are no proprety taxes yet they chew up services for things like more school kids, etc.I'm sure there are deals to be had out there in parks for people that are looking. 

I operate above board so their threats aren't concerning to me.

However I found that many buildings also had restrictions on MTR such as limiting number of units that can be rented in the building or even requiring HOA Board approval of potential renters.    

College kids and someone of that age under the same roof tend to butt heads....Here are some key things I've learned after 4 years of landlording/house hacking: 1.

If you know you will stay where you are, I would look to save and buy a two-family and house hack it, depending on if you have kids or not.

There are bikes, kids' toys, and even cars flipped over in driveways.

But modern tech and legislation is coming back hard against it so these kids and spammers need to focus more on smaller lists and better personal connections.It's basically become a way of saying how much work you are doing when you aren't accomplishing anything other than making people angry.

She is just going to keep going and lying and coming up with excuses why she didn't cause the damage, such as mold is Landlord responsibility or soaked ceiling boards are normal wear and tear.  

If or when you have kids treat them as a savings plan even if an infant.
