Anything blatantly wrong/off about it?

How many of you who worry about this stuff have been SUED on this issue.I bet NO one.. unless your just an absolute blatant A hole  IE you tell them to their face you rent to them because they are such and such..

I would probably put my foot down in a situation where he blatantly screwed up and has to rework to fix his own mistakes.

If this is happening so blatantly, how is the guy not in jail?

Think we all understand the 'Theory' of an inspection and IMO, it's foolish to defend someone so blatantly in the wrong.Sale is closed, so it's all moot now, thank God!

That only worries me even more since he should know that he has left this stuff out to be seen so blatantly.  

Much the same as using a credit card to pay a credit card doesn't save any interest until you use cash to pay off the second card.It's funny that you say I'm wrong, but then you blatantly disregard the whole premise of what we've been talking about.

They had hung track lights, an outlet, and a switch, all run in romex, which was connected to an extension cord that they ran through the door, across a walkway, and plugged into an outlet on the outside of the house.My first thought was "I don't want to evict them, but they are blatantly disregarding the lease." 

And the only times I've heard of it happening, is when the landlord blatantly ripped off the tenant. 

I live in a very VERY tenant friendly state, and my county judge hates landlords and often ignores the law when ruling, if I were to burn my tenants crap or put it out on the curb and blatantly ignore the law I don't even want to think about the ramifications!
