I would consult a local real estate attorney in TX as this is really only allowed in the state of TX.

I like one of our attorneys viewpoint (from our REI) who owns lots of property, He holds properties that have mortgages in his own name and holds larger properties where he has partners in an LLC.

@Ali S.this is a question for an entity attorney, and one who handles leases.

They (HOA manager, HOA president, and HOA attorney) inform me that there's a super lien on the property and that I have to pay it.Of course I pulled an O&E before purchase and there was only the mortgage lien (foreclosing lien) on the property. 

Best to ask a SEC attorney.

IT doesn't give everyone a free pass to stop paying rent.I would contact an attorney immediately.
