PR, especially san juan, is starting to regulate AIRBNB and it will be a shame if u only ran ur numbers counting on it.

This deal could have been massaged a number of ways, it's a shame it worked out the way it did but it's just as much the fault of the agents and principles involved as it is the structure of the solar contract.

I'm not afraid of mobile homes at all In fact I kinda like them it's a shame that so many potentionally great homes are just sitting here decaying though 

aw what a shame I.cant get it on android, I'll have to wait as usual haha. thanks for the reply Joshua. appreciate it. on that same token, Homesnap, might be a good app for you guys. its an app that allows you to take a picture of any house, and then the app gives you a lot of characteristics and info on the house. it does need a little updating every once on a while though.
