You also want a strong and detailed LLC operations agreement that outlines each responsibilities and financial structure to alleviate some of the partnership concerns and potential downfalls.  

You can require a statement from a local physician, mental health practitioner, or social worker that confirms the prospect has a "qualified" disability, per medical standards, and that the animal performs a necessary task or alleviates symptoms of the disability.

Now if you have cash that alleviates that part.
