Nothing is more aggravating then when you put yourself into something just to find out the other person was all talk and not committed.

Yes, I know I can't take all the deductions that I could have if I owned it outside of my IRA, but at the time, I didn't want to pay the penalties and huge taxes to take the money out and I didn't want the aggravation of a lender looking over my shoulder and demanding that I hire certain contractors to do the repair/remodel work.

Hello,I'm a landlord who has a section 8 tenant, which while he isn't delinquent on rent, is causing us aggravation by his disrespectful, ungrateful, and entitled attitude. 

I recently listened to a podcast where this girl talked about how much she LOVES Airbnb.... well I don't "get" it, I find Airbnb nothing but aggravating and frustrating!
